What is ParseInt in Golang?
ParseInt is a method in the strconv package that converts a string to an integer. It takes in a string, a base, and a bit size. The base can be 0, 2, 8, 10, or 16. The bit size can be 0, 8, 16, 32, or 64. If the string starts with 0x or 0X, the base is 16. If the string starts with 0, the base is 8. Otherwise, the base is 10. If the string is invalid, an error is returned, and the integer is 0.
